Classes:
If you book a class and cannot make it you are eligible for a credit. We do not give refunds for classes.
If you call before the class start time to inform us you cannot make it we can give you a credit to be used for a future class or open play.
If you call after class start time you are not edible for a credit.
Events:
Our events sell out fast and therefore we do not offer a credit or refund for any event.
Parties:
Cancellations:
Party deposits are non-refundable.
Parties canceled 2 weeks before the party date will receive 50% credit of their deposit to be used for open play, play passes, events or classes.
Parties canceled 1 week or less will receive 25% of their deposit to be used for open play, play passes, events or classes.
Reschedules:
We know things happen, if you must change the date of your party you can do so up to 3 weeks before event subject to availability.
Open Play
We do not give refunds for open play.
