Mommy & Me Pilates Class w/ Faith Flow Pilates
Reconnect, move, and unwind at our first ever Mommy & Me Pilates class at Sol Playce with pilates mat certified instructor, Daisy–founder of Faith Flow Pilates. This beginner-friendly class is designed to help moms enjoy gentle movement while their little ones participate alongside them.
After class, families are invited to enjoy open play and a special coffee pop-up — making this a relaxing and refreshing way to kick off your weekend.
