7/21 Hydration Heroes Week
Let’s turn hydration into a flavor adventure! In this super-fun class, your little food scientists will become Infused Water Wizards! We’ll explore why staying hydrated is like giving our bodies a superpower boost, especially during the summer. Then, we’ll get creative with nature’s candy: fresh strawberries, blueberries, cool mint leaves, crisp cucumber slices, and zesty orange wheels! Kids will mix their way to delicious, colorful “magic water” combinations – no sugar needed! They’ll learn how fruits and herbs make water exciting and discover fun ways to sip smart all day long.
Takeaways: Understanding hydration benefits, fun infused water recipe skills, excitement for drinking water.

● GO Foods (Green Light!): Power-up snacks for long-lasting energy!
● SLOW Foods (Yellow Light!): Enjoy sometimes snacks.
● WHOA Foods (Red Light!): Treat-time snacks, best saved for special occasions.
Our snack-building fun for the week will consist of a Power Parfait Jar.

8/4 Sensory Smoothie Week
In this hands-on class, your little ones will become food and color adventurers! We’ll explore how each colorful fruit and veggie gives our bodies a superpower—then mix, pour, and blend our way to a delicious healthy smoothie! Kids will see and sniff fruits and vegetables (mango, banana, spinach), scoop and drop pre-cut ingredients into blenders (tiny hands safe!), and watch our nutritionist blend the colors into an Immunity Armor Elixir! This is the perfect chance for picky eaters to explore new flavors without pressure. When kids see friends cheering for unfamiliar foods, curiosity sparks. Group learning turns “ew” into “I helped make this!”
