DESCRIPTION:Calling all parents navigating infant and toddler sleep challenges! If your little one has turned your nights into a sleep puzzle\, help is here! We are collaborating with The Zensory Lab and Ashli the Mama Coach to bring you a one of a kind class that fuses sensory fun and sleep tools to help your little one + you get a better nights sleep. \nIn this workshop\, led by a Registered Nurse\, Lactation & Sleep Coach\, we will dive fully into the science of baby sleep. We’ll chat about how to create an optimal sleep environment and establish solid sleep routines tailored for little ones. The Zensory Lab will be on hand for the kids to immerse themselves in sleep themed interactive play and sensory activities\, so that you can absorb all the information you need while they have fun! \nCommon sleep hurdles\, including early morning wakings\, sleep regressions\, frequent night awakenings\, and short naps\, will be tackled with practical solutions. As a bonus\, each family will receive a valuable ‘More Than Sleep’ companion eBook for ongoing reference.
